Customs, Duties & Taxes not included
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Orbbec 3D has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Orbbec 3D Return and Exchange Policy
Customers understand that the purchase and use is at their own risk and that we provide products on an "AS IS" basis. Customers assume the entire risk as to the product quality and performance. Should the performance prove insufficient for the project, or the product is damaged in the R&D process, customers assume the entire cost (All sales are final). A 15% restocking fee may apply, at the sole discretion of Orbbec 3D, within 30 calendar days if product is non-defective, has no missing pieces, and is in pristine condition. Damaged items are not eligible for return. Any return or exchange received after 30 days will not be approved as the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping charges. The refund will be the merchandise total price with applicable sales tax from the original order (restocking few will be deducted if applicable). Orbbec will gladly replace a unit or provide a full refund if the product is found defective due to manufacturing, evaluated at the sole discretion of Orbbec 3D. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
